Delete your Veleruno account
You can request deletion of your Veleruno account and associated personal data free of charge.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] from the email address used for your account.
- Use the subject “Veleruno account deletion request”.
- Provide only your account email so we can verify ownership. Never send your password or identity document.
- After verification, account access is disabled and deletion is started.
Data that is deleted
Your account profile, sessions, trip plans and preferences, favorites, user reviews and account-linked business memberships are deleted or irreversibly anonymized. You may also request deletion of specific content without deleting the entire account.
Data that may be retained
Limited records required for legal obligations, security incidents, fraud prevention or an ongoing dispute may be retained with restricted access for the applicable statutory period. Backup copies are removed at the end of the normal backup cycle. Business-claim documents are deleted from active storage after a decision.
Processing time
We record your request when received. After verifying ownership and applicable retention duties, we complete it within the time limits required by applicable law.
