Business assistant and WhatsApp

The free business assistant uses only published Veleruno business data through deterministic rules and sends nothing to an external AI provider. For paid smart replies, the visitor question and the minimum published business facts needed for an answer may be sent to the configured AI provider. When WhatsApp is used, Meta processes the phone number and message under its own terms; Veleruno does not retain message content as chat history and keeps only a delivery identifier for a limited period to prevent duplicates.

Google Places external-data matching

Veleruno may associate an open-data business with a Google Place ID only through an administrator-initiated background match. Names, locations and types returned by Google are used transiently for matching; Google reviews, ratings, phone numbers and photos are not copied. The retained Place ID supports Google redirection and avoids repeatedly identifying the same place. Google services are provided under Google's own terms and privacy policy.

Data we process

We may process account identifiers, verified email addresses, business contact details, travel preferences, reservation request and stay dates, table-order sessions, session security information and media you upload. A table code is used only to associate an order with the correct table; Veleruno does not collect payment-card data.

Business ownership documents

When an existing business is claimed, an identity document and business licence or activity certificate are processed only to review the applicant's authority. Documents are protected in transit, encrypted at rest with an application key, accessible only through the platform administrator review screen, and deleted from active document storage when the application is approved or rejected. Document contents are not sent to Atlas or another AI provider.

Applicant declaration

The applicant declares that they are authorized to provide the documents, that the documents are accurate and current, and that unnecessary third-party data has been redacted. The applicant is responsible for fraudulent, misleading or unauthorized use; this does not exclude obligations that Veleruno cannot legally limit.

Why we process it

Data is used for account and business management, personalized trip planning, security, abuse prevention and customer support.

Reservations, orders and measurement

Reservation data is processed to send requests to the business and manage room availability and operations. Table-order data is sent to the business order screen. Page views and Atlas referrals may be measured with minimal technical data to filter fraudulent traffic and provide business analytics.

Atlas and artificial intelligence

Your trip request and verified business data may be sent to an AI provider to create a plan. Suggestions inferred from images are not verified until the business owner approves them.

Your rights

You may send access, correction, deletion and objection requests under applicable data protection law to [email protected]. Controller and company details must be finalized by legal counsel before public launch.
