Terms of Use
Veleruno helps you plan trips within Türkiye and discover tourism businesses.

Reservation requests and payments
Veleruno can send an accommodation reservation request to a business and display availability reported by it, but does not collect payment or independently confirm a reservation. Booking, price, cancellation, no-show and refund terms become final only when the business confirms them. Displayed availability is a point-in-time signal and is not guaranteed until confirmation.
Google Places external-data matching
Veleruno may associate an open-data business with a Google Place ID only through an administrator-initiated background match. Names, locations and types returned by Google are used transiently for matching; Google reviews, ratings, phone numbers and photos are not copied. The retained Place ID supports Google redirection and avoids repeatedly identifying the same place. Google services are provided under Google's own terms and privacy policy.
Table orders
A cart submitted from a QR menu with a table code is a request sent to the business. Product availability, preparation, delivery, allergen confirmation and payment remain the business's responsibility.
External providers
When Veleruno redirects you to a flight, hotel, vehicle or activity provider, your contract is with that provider. Verify live prices, availability and terms on the provider's page before completing a transaction.
Atlas recommendations
Atlas plans are recommendations. Check weather, transport, opening hours, safety and accessibility with official sources before travelling.
Business content
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their information, media and ownership claims. Misleading content or content that infringes rights may be removed.
